Warranty

PatioPads has been in the business of supplying replacement cushions and vinyl straps, as well as umbrellas and other patio furniture accessories since 1968. We partner with reputable manufacturers who have established businesses only.

The manufacturers of all the products we represent have a minimum of 12 months warranty on materials and workmanship. Some manufacturers offer more than this, and when this is the case it is stated on the web page related to such items.

Should a product become defective within 12 months from the date of purchase, the manufacturer will, at their option, repair or replace the defective item. This warranty does not extend to the cost of shipping the defective item back to the manufacturer, or to the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement item back to the customer.

Misuse, abuse, neglect, the use of improper cleaning products, use of sun-tan oils or other chemicals, vandalism, Acts of God and other circumstances beyond defects in material and workmanship are not included in this warranty.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only, and proof of purchase is required.
