I LOVE the new slings you made for my 25-year-old PVC patio chairs. The PVC chairs were made to last forever but, over the many years of heavy use, I worried that I'd have difficulty replacing the slings, once they finally wore-out. You made them perfectly, they are the exact "mauve" shade that they were when new and they fit like a glove. Once I removed the worn slings to ship to you, my PVC chairs looked brand new, and now, with the new slings, you'd think they are brand new! I'm going to have my four dining chair slings made in the spring. Thank you for doing such an excellent job. And I'm glad you had me send the old sling as a template. It made the new ones a perfect match and fit! Thank you again! I'll definitely spread the word about your company! I couldn'[t be more pleased, and it was well worth the wait to have them made right...and PERFECTLY!

Received my replacement vinyl strap material. It was a little (maybe a lot) harder than the video demonstrated, but I got it done by myself. Turns our that the 100 ft. that I ordered will last a LONG TIME. I decided to only replace the broken ones instead of all of them. Quality is super and had a very quick delivery! Will recommend to friends who may need the same. Also, I ordered the wrong plastic pins for installation. I just drilled the holes to the correct size and it all turned out great!

Put my new slings on yesterday. They look great. The two new cushions I ordered were great too - the only thing I would change is that I'd like the clear tabs that hook to the screw holding on the cushion instead of the really big ties. The staff at Duralife was really friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to use Duralife again in the future.

I love my new cushions but to be honest they are not quite as thick as my previous and they tend to fall into the area between the sling and the pipe on the side. Of course I put the cushions on my existing slings so maybe the new ones are wider or something and I am not sure what company my originals were, I just know I got them from a local store about 1986 I think and this is the first time I have replaced anything and they have sat out in the elements all of this time. The past 14 years we were living on the salt water and they stayed on the deck all the time and collected salt, etc. and withstood that very well. The new ones I got from you will be indoors now in a sun room but eventually want to replace the cushions on the 4 chairs I have outside on a patio and they have to stay out as I don't have indoor room for storage. They will be getting snow all winter but of course they won't get the awful salt water spray - just rain and snow from the farm country.

And now that I know you give to Wounded Warriors ... that's the cherry on the top. You make a good product ... you are very easy to deal with ... and You know me. It took me 2 years before I would order being afraid of "on line orders". You can use me any time you want to ... and I don't need anything for it. It's nice to find a good product, serviced by good people, and people who will put up with a 69 yr old skeptic!!!

I will be ordering more for my back porch chairs --- 2 Clubs, 1 Hassock, 1 Lounge ..... and no one but you will get the order.

I am 4 blocks from the beach -the Salt air is tough on things - and they look great. ALSO ... a bad storm tore off our big canopy awning in June ...These cushions have been sitting out all summer in the hot sun ... and they look fine.

I love my new patio table and chairs! I ordered the Snappy color and it is awesome! Great pop of color on the deck at the beach. Service and delivery was great! Had one damaged chair, I followed the shipping instructions and my chair was replaced. Love, love my set!!

We ordered new Vinyl Strap material from you and are very happy with the results. It was a little more difficult to put on than the video indicated, but between my wife and I we got it done. The straps do not sag like the old original straps did.
