it when that happens!

We just wanted to take the time to say "thank you" for an
outstanding job. My girlfriend and I are both managers, I in a
dental laboratory, she in retail, and we only wish we had
employees working for us that exhibited your concern for detail
and customer satisfaction. Too often a customer will complain,
but seldom do you hear the words of praise for a job well done.
I had similar chairs for several years, and we decided to put
them to rest two years ago at our curbside( not realizing we
could have gotten new cushions). Needless to say, they were
gone in less than a half an hour.
Since that time, we have been through several lounge chairs
at our poolside retreat, but have missed the absolute comfort
that your chairs provide. Being in Pennsylvania, we have
limited resources here, and so we decided to go online to
research the chairs we were so desperately missing, and that is
how we happened upon your website. The chairs arrived this
afternoon, and we are absolutely thrilled with them. Their
extreme craftmanship will provide us with years of comfortable
poolside laziness. We broke them in tonight with a bottle of
Merlot and some cheese and crackers...what can I say? We
Pennsylvanians only get this luxery for three months a
year.
But just as overwhelming as the product itself was the
excellent customer service we received. You were professional,
polite and engaging. The product arrived as promised, and you
followed through with us until the end. We are very impressed,
and just wanted to express our gratitude with a letter. Any
employer should be happy to have you as part of their team. We
will certainly refer you to our friends and relatives. Thank

I received my Patio Furniture as promised
(actually 2 weeks earlier than quoted!!) and am
absolutely thrilled. It came completely assembled
(including cushions) and it was just a matter of placing
them on my patio.
The fabrics are gorgeous and the quality of furniture itself
is outstanding. The chairs and tables are very stable and don't
wobble at all ( a problem with my previous wrought iron
furniture ).
This is the first time I have ever purchased furniture
online and I must admit I was a bit apprehensive, but my fears
were unwarranted!! I had house guests the day of delivery and
they were very impressed with the quality and comfort.... so
much so, they stayed an extra day to enjoy it!!

We received our order today and everything is

your help with the broken pipe under the seat cushion of
my swivel rocker. The parts arrived Friday and my
daughter's friend fixed it today. I hope that the broken

Boxes (cushions) just arrived. It is a
'tad' cool here, 32 degrees. We put the boxes in the garage for
now until we can get them out on the porch. Yes, we use the
porch most everyday unless the temperature is below 40
degrees.
I did, however, peek into one of the boxes. They look
nice.
I really do not know how to thank you and your company.
So... THANK YOU ... and I will definitely recommend you to
anyone and everyone who wants (needs) cushions.

Well I got your wonderfully detailed drawing
and the chair clip last week--thanks so much for sending it so
promptly!! I apologize for taking so long to acknowledge your
kindness, but ...
... tried the clip. It appears that it won't work on my
chair, so I think I'll just have to admit defeat on that
project and just purchase a new one! I can't tell you how
uplifting it was, in a very bad week, to be on receiving end of
all your patience, not to mention quick follow-through in
addressing my problem.
